Yes, they are open on Thanksgiving. You can make reservations on Resy. Resy's link is on their website.
I can't answer for the menu but I can say make sure you have the reservation now! Whatever it is he's making will be delicious, unique and the experience unforgettable!

AMAZING. Every dish was delicious. Even the bread and butter. Definitely make sure you make reservations because they have limited seating/dining space. But it's very warm and cozy.
The food and service go above and beyond! It’s a little pricey but well worth the cost. Small intimate space. Ambiance is that of an old house with lighting to fit the mood. My partner and I had dinner with another couple and not one of us had a complaint. Add to your MUST DO list. If you are looking to impress then this is the place!
Delicious food
Cute brunch spot with amazing food. I would definitely go back!
Always a pleasure to dine here. I haven't had a thing served that was not great. Looking forward to the next time we can dine in.
Very nice every time we have eaten there. Love the people who work there.
This was the first time that we went to this place. It is an nice quaint place with really nice ambience. Our mistake was that it was Father's Day and we decided to go for lunch and did not have any reservations. The people at the front desk were really nice but the wait was too long so we decided to leave but we are planning to definitely come back as different friends of ours have told us how nice the food is. The next time we're definitely going to make reservations.
Great dinner tonight. Duck confit and filet, both perfect!. Always great service.
This might be my new favorite restaurant. Get the lamb shank!!!!
I miss the old Elk Grove, having coffee, amongst veterans whom I could overhear sharing their war exploits, while reading SacBee, in a white-painted tiny café. This white-linen tiny but cozy house converted to a restaurant brings me back those days. Quite perfect for an unforgettable dinner with one’s significant other. The gourmet food, the ambiance and service are a given but revisiting the past is a bonus. Clever concept. Admirable chef and owners. Thumbs up!
Really enjoyed the crab Ravioli! The sauce was nothing short of amazing. Great job! Hubby loved the lamb chops. Cooked to perfection! Beautiful, family owned restaurant with really awesome customer service.
The food is excellent and the price is respectable for the quality. The atmosphere is classy casual. However the inside temperature can feel hot while you eat. Save room for dessert.
Left us wanting for a bit more in our entree but excellent taste, presentation, and quality all round. Wonderful food, service, wait/host staff, and atmosphere.
Great service..... Bret is an accomplished chef who provides an exceptionall fine dining experience
Very intimate, vast wine selection, perfect waite staff, accommodating, excellent specific menu. Left us wanting for a bit more in our entree but excellent taste, presentation, and quality all round. A very special place for a very special occasion.
Extremely nice spot in an older house. Service was definitely refined and on point. The duck confit was very good but also very rich. The salmon was very delicious and I would recommend it to just about anyone. The bone marrow appetizer was very good. I just wish it had a few more pieces of toast and more of the arugula salad to go with it. Still it was very good and I would get it again. Overall, this is a great place to go in Elk Grove!
Definitely delicious!!!! The salmon was very rich in flavor and the filet mignon just amazing!!!
Always an excellent spot. Fine dining at an amazing price. If you can get past the layout a little bit as it was an old house. It is a diamond in the rough.
The restaurant is located on the south side of Elk Grove Blvd as you proceed east into Old Town Elk Grove, east of Elk Grove Florin Road. It's across the street diagonally from La Favorita Taqueria. The restaurant is located in one of the little old homes with parking to the rear of the business. The entrance is in the front but there is access from the parking area via a ramp, walkway and stairs. The ramp and access plus inside the restaurant appear to be ADA compliant
This place is soooo good. The food is excellent. Great staff and atmosphere.
Brunch here is amazing! My sister had the blackberry and lemon mimosa and I had the peach and lemon Bellini. Both delicious! I personally enjoyed her mimosa more (I proceeded to drink most of hers as well :D). I ordered the eggs Benedict - amazing. Sis ordered the hash - pretty good, but wouldn't order next time. Was still nice to try!
I love the secluded private location near my home. Very romantic setting atmosphere for a romantic celebration. ❤💘
One of my preferred locations for tasty Quality Meals. I love visiting here. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Prices are appropriate.
Food, service always WONDERFUL! Worth the money they charge. Many of my family really enjoy eating here. We seem to always go for special occasions and Birthdays. I almost do not want to say anything as I want it to stay a secret! Lol! Make sure you make reservations several days a head of time. Smaller restaurant with 15 tables or so. If I could give more stars I would.
This was a 5-star joint... great food, great service, great atmosphere. Caveat: vegetarian options are an afterthought. They went out of their way to accommodate by whipping up a risotto sans shrimp, but it was mediocre. That being said, the filet, the marrow, the lamb, the appetizers, the wine, the desserts, were all on point!
If you want some Creme Brulee go here! It's really tasty and has fresh berries along with an edible flower!
Excellent dinners, great ambiance
Father's day brunch. Nice experience. Great service.
This place simply knows how to please their customers. Constantly with a nice demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and neat.
Oustanding. Took my wife here for her birthday. Absolutely incredulous of our evening there. I can not begin to to say enough accolades for our cuisine; and our service! There is a reason why chef Brett ranks with the best if them. We will be back very soon!
Nice small little place, but weird parking spaces in my opinion. The parking lot was in the back. The staff is nice and the food is great. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants
Very nice place to eat
A great fine dining experience hidden in old elk grove, in a cute little cozy house. Been here a few times for brunch and the service and food have been very impressive for such a small town. Love coming here on the weekends, but make sure to make a reservation!
Wow - this place really surprised us. Everything we had was excellent and the service matched. I would put it on par with Mulvaney's and the Waterboy downtown.
Nice quaint restaurant with solid food and wait staff.
Best food in EG
Beautiful area small business but food is very nice.service is good
Remarkable. Special. Memorable. My husband and I went to Boulevard Bistro to celebrate our anniversary and we were so thrilled with our dinner pick.
Always a pleasure to dine at Boulevard Bistro. It is fine dining at its best. Our go to place for special occasions or when we want take friends or family to introduce them to the wonderful food and Chef Brett. Have never been disappointed. It is truly everything you expect. Lynda & Joe Tallerico
This place never disappoints recommend to anybody that is looking for a nice casual environment and great food
This place provides wonderful service and enjoyable food. The best restaurant around town. The food and drinks served quickly and the rates were fair. Highly recommended.
A great place for a quiet romantic dinner. Excellent service ... very professional. They always make you feel like you are the one and only. Wonderful food !! I hade the best scallops I have ever had in my entire life !! I still dream about them. Our very favorite restaurant !!
The food is incredible, and presented like works of art. All the wait staff are attentive and work well as a team. The atmosphere is warm and inviting every time. Great for a romantic evening or a larger gathering of friends. Every detail is thought of.
Nice relaxed atmosphere for brunch. Recommend!
The best Filet Mignon I’ve ever had. My husband hand the Pork Chop which was very tasty. Great service and atmosphere.
Best French Dip Sandwich I have ever had ! Previously tried the street tacos for Cinco de Mayo and they were fantastic also. Highly recommend.
I am only able to attend brunch on Sunday after church. This place is not to be missed. Always consistent, friendly service and personal attention given by the owners.
Best high end eating value in the area. Location is small and intimate. Reservations are a most. Best service I have received anywhere in the last 5 years. Worth the drive even coming from Modesto.
